About Project

SwiftVoltKit – Portable Power Quality Analysis Kit

SwiftVoltKit is an Electrical Engineering project developed to design and assemble a portable power quality analysis kit for the Janitza UMG 512 Pro Class A Power Quality Analyzer. The project aims to simplify the assembly, testing, and deployment of the analyzer, providing a compact, reliable, and easy-to-use solution for power quality monitoring in industrial, commercial, and educational environments.

The kit integrates the Janitza UMG 512 Pro Class A Power Quality Analyzer, Rogowski Current Coils, 24V SMPS, protection circuitry, and switching mechanisms into a single portable setup. The Rogowski coils enable non-intrusive current measurement, while the analyzer accurately measures electrical parameters such as voltage, current, frequency, active/reactive power, energy, power factor, and harmonic distortion.

A standardized wiring layout and modular design were implemented to reduce installation time, improve portability, and simplify testing. The kit can be easily connected to different electrical systems, making it suitable for power quality assessments, electrical diagnostics, laboratory demonstrations, commissioning, and field testing.

SwiftVoltKit demonstrates the practical implementation of power quality measurement, electrical instrumentation, system integration, and testing, delivering a cost-effective and portable solution for the Janitza UMG 512 Pro Class A Power Quality Analyzer.
